A thorough inspection, every time
Every St. Clair Climate service visit follows a comprehensive 20-point checklist. Our engineers don't just clean filters — they inspect every component, test performance, and provide a written report.
Filters
Cleaned, inspected, and replaced where necessary to maintain airflow and air quality.
Refrigerant levels
Checked and topped up if required. Low refrigerant is the most common cause of poor performance.
Electrical connections
All terminals inspected and tightened. Loose connections are a leading cause of system failure.
Coils & heat exchanger
Cleaned to maintain heat transfer efficiency and prevent mould or bacteria build-up.
Condensate drain
Flushed and cleared to prevent water damage and ensure proper drainage.

Most leading manufacturers require annual servicing to maintain the validity of their product warranty. Our service records provide the documentation you need. All St. Clair Climate installations come with a minimum two-year workmanship guarantee, in addition to the manufacturer's product warranty.

Annual service records satisfy the maintenance requirements of all major manufacturers including Daikin, Mitsubishi, and Fujitsu.
2-year workmanship guarantee
Every installation we carry out is covered by our own two-year guarantee on all labour and workmanship.
